Refund and Returns Policy

At Sana’s Collections, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please review our refund and returns guidelines below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/packaging intact.
  • Color variations due to photography, lighting, or screen display are not considered defects and will not be eligible for return.
  • Customized, altered, or sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

  • Contact us at sanascollectionstdpa@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and product photos/videos.
  • Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the item.
  • Return once initiated, will be picked up within 5-7 working days.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged/incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake.
