At Sana’s Collections, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please review our refund and returns guidelines below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/packaging intact.
- Color variations due to photography, lighting, or screen display are not considered defects and will not be eligible for return.
- Customized, altered, or sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
- Contact us at sanascollectionstdpa@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and product photos/videos.
- Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the item.
- Return once initiated, will be picked up within 5-7 working days.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged/incorrect due to our error.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake.
